Seats are limited, and preference will be given to presenters with accepted papers. All other seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Important note: Citizens of some countries are eligible for visa on arrival, and will not require a letter of registration. AUC can not assist you with the visa application process. Please contact your local Egyptian embassy for more information.

Registration fees are based on World Bank income groups. Since this classification is income-based, participants will be classed according to their work location, not their nationality.

Tier 2 - Upper-Middle Income Countries: Discounted fee ($30)

Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Russian Federation

Tier 3 - Lower-Middle & Low Income Countries: Local fee (EGP500)

Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen
